What the plugin does

Connect once, then stop thinking about invoicing.

Invoice export
An invoice issued in Kimai is created in Fakturoid immediately, including items, hourly and fixed rates and VAT.
Subject pairing
We match customers to Fakturoid subjects by company ID or name. Just confirm the suggestions, the plugin remembers the pairing.
Subject creation
Upload an unpaired customer to Fakturoid as a new subject, or download a subject as a new Kimai customer. Both directions, always with a preview.
Status sync
The invoice number and payment status are carried from Fakturoid back onto the Kimai invoice.
Duplicate protection
Every invoice is created in Fakturoid exactly once, even after retries or connection outages.
Real PDF
Downloading the invoice in Kimai returns the actual PDF issued by Fakturoid, not a template copy.

    Buy a licence

    After payment you receive an e-mail with the plugin download link.

    Upload the plugin

    Unzip into var/plugins/ and clear the cache with bin/console kimai:reload.

    Connect Fakturoid

    Paste the Client ID and Secret from the Fakturoid API, the account connects itself.

    Pair your customers

    Confirm the pairing suggestions and from then on invoices export automatically.

Frequently asked questions

Will the plugin work with my Kimai version?

We support Kimai 2.44 and newer in a self-hosted installation. We continuously test compatibility with new Kimai releases.

What happens if I do not renew?

The plugin keeps running on the last version you paid for. Only updates and support stop.

How do I get updates?

You download new versions in the Polar customer portal, the link is in your order e-mail. Install an update the same way as the plugin: replace the plugin folder with the new ZIP contents and clear the cache with bin/console kimai:reload. Updates are available while your subscription is active.

Will I get a tax receipt?

Yes. The sale is handled by Polar as the merchant of record: it issues the receipt and remits VAT for your country.
